Representing 40% of Fortune 500 health care companies, WBL executives have substantial P&L ownership in their companies, and many sit on audit, finance, or nominating committees on public, private, and large nonprofit boards.

How to leverage WBL to find your next board member

All opportunities will be kept completely confidential until appropriate permissions are given and any descriptions to be shared publicly are mutually agreed upon.

  1. Share the details of your candidate search to get started. If you would like to discuss your opportunity one-on-one first, drop us a line at membership@wbl.org.
  2. WBL will inform our network of 1,100+ executives of your opportunity. If anonymity is an important aspect of your search, we can modify your posting or privately select candidates for you.
  3. We will then collect and share relevant bios with you. On average, we share 10-40 candidates per opportunity.
  4. You can invite anyone from our list of curated candidates to participate in your normal interview process.

Being able to apply for and be considered for board openings is a WBL membership benefit. As a result, companies can use WBL to find prospective candidates at no cost.
