The purpose of this code of conduct is to set the tone for all WBL communication and activities and to create an atmosphere of mutual respect and active participation.
For continued successful participation in WBL, members are asked to adhere to the following in good faith:
Any incidents should be shared with a member of the WBL Board of Directors or CEO promptly. Failure to adhere to the guidelines above may result in cancellation of your WBL membership without refund or other consequences as appropriate.

You’ll get the most out of your WBL membership by building meaningful relationships with fellow executive leaders and board members in the health care industry. At WBL, we value quality relationships that transcend business deals and projects. We prioritize developing long-term relationships over short-term give and get relationships.
