WBL’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee provides staff and board with insight and advice to accomplish WBL’s mission in a way that includes a diverse range of perspectives. We want to ensure that our membership, content, and strategies reflect the diversity of the health care and life sciences industries and the customers that we serve. The DEI Committee sets goals and benchmarks to measure progress, guides event and programming strategies, and helps WBL recruit and retain a diverse membership base.
