WBL BOUNDLESS SCHOLARSHIPS

Business is all about forging strong and trusted relationships – it’s something we do naturally at WBL. We’re excited to supercharge the WBL networking experience for women leaders supporting our country’s most vulnerable populations through scholarships to the upcoming WBL Summit!

The WBL Boundless Scholarship will be awarded to five inspiring women healthcare leaders and will offer them a concentrated WBL experience, along with the power of WBL’s relationship capital™ for one year. 
 
Honorees will be from healthcare sectors historically underrepresented at the WBL Summit, including non-profit, private provider, or community-based organizations where executive career development funding resources may not be readily available. The 2026 Boundless Scholarship will focus on rising star leaders (VP level and above, who are eligible for WBL) in WBL’s 25th anniversary year.

Scholarship Offering

  • Complimentary registration for the WBL Summit, a member-only leadership and networking conference (valued at $3,200+)
  • Up to 3 nights of complimentary hotel stay during the WBL Summit
  • Complimentary WBL membership for one year
  • Networking with and introductions to WBL Summit attendees and members

To be eligible for the WBL Boundless Scholarship, an individual must:

  • Be a full-time woman executive of a non-profit, private provider, or community-based organization;
  • Demonstrate a commitment to improving access, community services, or health equity through their leadership role, organizational initiatives, or industry impact;
  • Be a WBL member or eligible for WBL membership;
  • Be positioned to benefit from networking introductions or other assistance that WBL members can provide leading up to, during, or after the WBL Summit; 
  • Commit to attending the 2026 WBL Summit, April 19-22, 2026 in Orlando, FL, and to all associated transportation and incidental costs; and
  • Commit to being an engaged WBL member during the year in which the complimentary membership is granted.


Timeline and Review Process

Application Open – January 2026
 
Application Deadline – February 6, 2026

Selection Committee Review – February 2026
Applications will be reviewed by WBL staff and a selection committee comprised of WBL members who are WBL Boundless donors, WBL Boundless Committee Members, and care deeply about the WBL Boundless Scholarship initiative’s focus.
