Username/Password

How do I change my password?

  1. Visit www.wbl.org 
  2. Hover over Member Portal 
  3. Click Change Password 
  4. Enter the email that you receive WBL emails to 
  5. Check your email for a reset password link 
  6. Be sure to only click the link once, as it is a one-time link 
  7. Set your new password 

Membership Renewal

How do I renew my membership? 

  1. Log in to the WBL Portal 
  2. Click Renew on the pop up when prompted 
  3. Enter payment information including billing address 
  4. Click process payment 

Update Your Information

How do I update my contact information and professional details? 

  1. Log into the Member Portal 
  2. Click My Profile on the portal homepage 
  3. Select the profile section you’d like to update 
    (Note: If you want to select more than one option in a field, hold the CTRL button while clicking each of your desired choices.)
  4. Be sure to click Submit at the bottom of each section to save your changes

How do I locate someone in the directory?

  1. Log into the WBL Portal 
  2. Select the Member Directory link on the top blue bar 
  3. Use the search bar in the top right to search by specific name, company, city, or state 
  4. Use the check boxes on the left to search more broadly, for example by industry sector or frequently visited areas that members have indicated
    (Note:
    Categories on the left are self-reported and may not have been robustly filled out by each member—if you have not done so yet, click My Profile from the portal homepage to update your information in all three sections to ensure that your name appears when others search by categories that apply to you!)
  5. When you locate a member in the directory, click on their listing to view more information about them including their contact information, a short bio, and how long they have been a member of WBL. 

How do I review job and board postings?

  1. Log into the WBL Portal 
  2. Click the Board and Job Listings link along the top blue bar 
  3. Select whether you are interested in viewing board or job listings under “Browse Listings” 
  4. Click on the listing to see more information about the job or board, including a green Apply Here button in the top right hand of the screen and a link to view the position spec if included 
  5. For job postings, the Apply Here link will take you to the online job application facilitated by the company or search firm that submitted the position. For board positions, thApply Here link will take you to a WBL form to submit your information for consideration. We will then pass on your application to the posting individual or organization who will then follow up with you directly if interested
